8th October 2026 - starts at 6pm in the Devonport Park Cafe community room. All are welcome!
WE NEED YOU:
We are in need of more committee members - can you spare a few hour a month? Are you passionate about Devonport Park or your community? If so, please contact us and we can have a chat!
Anyone interested in joining the committee can email us beforehand and be co-opted in at the AGM.
NEWS: on this AGM, our long-standing & hard-working chairman, Mike Gallagher, will be stepping down as chairman & secretary. He will be retaining his positions of Treasurer& Trustee, as well as leading Events planning & will continue managing the voluntary gardeners. As a committee, we all wish him all the best and thank him for his long years of service and hard work to the community. A new chairman and Secretary will be voted in at the AGM.

The new Prize Draw ... is going very well! So far, over two months, £175 has been raised towards the fundraiser from the prize draw (see the campaign page for grand running totals) and an equal amount given in prizes!

The Toddler Play area prize draw tickets are now available to purchase digitally!
Ticket sellers can now accept payments in person via BACS or Paypal! Head to the park cafe to purchase a physical ticket (or see a committee member).
From September 2026, both physcial and e-tickets will be entered into the monthly prize draws.
The FoDP have begun a prize draw to raise funds for the Toddler Play Park undraising campaign. Raffle tickets will cost £1 each or £4 for a strip of 5 (larger amounts and more bulk deals available via e-ticket) and will be available for sale in the Pavilion Park Cafe, from the gardeners, commitee members orZEFFY. Draws will be held monthly (1st thursday of every month) whilst sales will run from the first to last day of each month and the prize pot wil be 50% of sales, with 50% of sales donated towards the fundraiser*. Don't miss out & grab your tickets now!

We have created a dedicated Zeffy Donation Campaign for you to use to donate generously to our charity and it's various campaigns. You can access this by using either the QR code above or the link below. You can choose a one-off donation (of any amount) or to donate to us monthly. You can also choose for your donation to be dedicated to an individual (we will post dedications here), to the charity in general or choose from a selection of campaigns for which we are raising funds.
We are immensely grateful for any and all support, financial or otherwise, we receive - without your support, we could not continue to exist and help to maintain our georgous and beautiful park for the use & benefit of all!
*The FoDP reserves the right to utilise any funds raised under the auspices of the purchase & installation of toddler play equipment within Devonport Park for other purposes, only once this project has been completed.
